Valleys The valleys are vast and wide, and they stretch as far as the eye can see. The view is oftentimes breathtaking, and it's a great place simply for relaxation if one needs a break from the city life.

Waterfalls and Quarry When the construction of the city first began, it started is several areas where it was left abandoned. One spot was near a water source, and the land dug out ended up becoming a quarry that couldn't be drained and built on. Today is remains half-filled and seemingly bottomless, surrounded by pine trees and conifers as well as a towering waterfall giving it a sense of seclusion.

Hiking Trails The hiking trails weren't created by the city itself, but by nature enthusiasts. For that reason they are entirely nonprofit save for optional donations made by those who wish to help with the upkeep of the trails. Along the way are campsites for those who would like to spend a night or two out in the wilderness.

Deep Forest The deep forest isn't often traveled far into for the fact it is easy to get lost. Humans dare not venture alone, and most species just avoid the risk of getting lost. Bears and coyotes live out there, and Erklings, dark creatures that will happily feast on the flesh of all those who reside in Graycross, lurk in the woods waiting for the next victim to lure into their traps.

Mountain Path - 1 Viewing There is a mountain path that isn't used for hiking but rather provides a way into the area for travelers to enter Graycross. The path to the top of the volcano is also blocked and monitored, but it hasn't truly stopped everyone from trespassing. It is also believed there's a dragon guarding her nest at there at the edge of the forest right at the base of the dormant volcano. Nobody dares to try to find out if the rumor is true.
