Housing Development Apartment living is left to the city, and here is the home to green lawns and beautiful architecture. The best of the best houses are found here. That being said, only those who are financially well off live here. This does not mean those who reside in the outskirts won't wander in to cause some trouble.

Rivershore Park The park is located right in the heart of the suburbs, and it is a beautiful place. The kids and teenagers tend to come here after school to work on homework if the weather permits, and the Farmer's Market takes place here every Saturday morning. There is a river located near it, hence the name, that locals can fish, swim and kayak in.

Claire's Cafe - 1 Viewing This is a small cafe outside of the school district. It is rather large and run by a married pair of Fayes. It's one of the oldest family owned businesses that's still up and running today so it holds a sort of historical importance.

Willowbrook Farm The Willowbrook Farm is known for growing all kinds of fruits and vegetables that are certified organic and sold during the weekdays. You can also find their products being sold in general grocery stores, and they often provide ingredients to local restaurants. It is a large property that also allows for ample room for horse stables and pastures for livestock. It is run by several Rorqual families.

Animal Shelter There is a Graycross Animal shelter located in the suburbs. Many stop by to volunteer, helping the owners to care for the many companions that are in search for a home.
